The service is provided for personal and commercial creative workflows, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Ownership and commercial use
You retain ownership of the audio, images, recordings, and other material you bring to the tool, as well as the visual works you create with them. We do not claim ownership of your content or ask for royalties from your lawful use of it.
Subject to your rights in the source material, you may use exported visualizations for personal or commercial purposes, including:
- Releases, teasers, social posts, and monetized video content.
- Client work, presentations, campaigns, and other commercial projects.
- Products or services that include a visualization you created.
- Any other lawful personal or commercial creative use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Having the legal right to use every audio file, image, recording, font, or other material you provide.
- Obtaining licenses, permissions, and releases required for copyrighted or personal content.
- Following applicable copyright, trademark, privacy, and intellectual-property laws.
- Keeping backups of source files and exported work that matter to you.
Copyright and intellectual-property disclaimer
We do not monitor, verify, or endorse the material you upload or the content you create. If you use copyrighted music, artwork, recordings, or other material without permission, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for disputes or claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Create or distribute content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
- Scrape, harvest, probe, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical protections, or distribute malicious code.
- Use the service for a purpose prohibited by these terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers and “as is” service
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. Browser support, device performance, graphics hardware, codecs, microphone permissions, and export results can vary.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
- Compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, or media file.
- A particular visual result, export quality, or processing speed.
- That the service will meet a specific creative or business requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, export time, or claims connected to content that you supplied.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold the project operator harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the project operator is based, unless mandatory law in your location requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Age requirements
There is no separate account age gate for the service. You must still comply with the laws that apply to you. If you are a minor, use the service with parental or guardian guidance where required.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or its policies change. Changes become effective when posted on this page, unless a different effective date is stated. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Severability
If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
